I was always told to go outside and play. I remember learning to play kickball, double-dutch, ride bikes and form dance groups. We played for hours together averaging about 10 miles a day… easily. After my child was born, I struggled to find a play group for her. We did our best to exercise, but I noticed she played better and longer with her peers.
